Yes, I think so too. Extremely closely, in fact, Zope may be parsing any request outside of GET or HEAD requests with multipart if I am not mistaken.

In a similar vein, another package, "wadllib" also is dependent on multipart for its tests (which is important because those tests are imported into Launchpad as well, thus making them part of the test suite.) And those tests use later versions of multipart as well. So upgrading multipart is important in multiple fronts.
