The proposal to merge ~alvarocs/lp-signing/+git/lp-signing-1:upgrade-noble into lp-signing:master has been updated.

Commit message changed to:

Upgrade application and dependencies to be compatible with Ubuntu Noble and Python 3.12

The lp-signing app currently runs on bionic and since focal will be the oldest supported Ubuntu version on PS8, we need to upgrade it to run on the latest Ubuntu LTS.
