This MP updates the kernel_id that is used for launching a new riscv64 VM. This is required because the current kernel_id is linked to an image that is incompatible with the new QEMU that is being installed for a customer project.

Without updating this value, if QEMU is updated, no riscv64 VMs can be launched.
