Review: Needs Fixing

I'm not part of the launchpad team but I would rather remove the `UploadingABranch` reference than point to a webarchive URL. The content is outdated anyway and describe a bzr workflow which is about to be removed. The `Bazaar` reference should also be removed from the label since ssh is also used for git repositories
