Hi Kjetil,

You will need to create a Launchpad translation team
(lp-l10n-nb, for Bokmal, for example) before you can start translating
Chromium.

This is explained in the Q+A section of the announcement. Here is a
direct link to how to do that:

Please follow the steps and we'll be happy to appoint the new Launchpad
Norwegian translators team.
