thanks for creating the Sinhalese Launchpad team.
Before appointing it to the Launchpad Translators group, can you
please provide us some more information as per this page:

https://help.launchpad.net/Translations/LaunchpadTranslators

In particular:
- The team subscription should be moderated or restricted.
- Can you also add a brief description of the team, how to join it,
links to the local resources (link to a wiki page with communications
channel...)
- Are you planning to use a translation guideline? Are there any
guidelines provided by other teams (like the Sinhalese GNOME team, if
there is one).
