this would not be really handled by the Translations Coordinators, we
cannot register new Launchpad groups. Please, in the meantime, consider
adding as much information as possible following what is written here:

https://help.launchpad.net/ProjectGroups

@Laura, this has to be handled by the Launchpad team.
