Hi everyone,

Enlightenment translations has set structured to Launchpad Translators
from the former open permission. Translations done on launchpad will
be merged to upstream svn repository before every snapshot/release and
new templates with upstream changes (perhaps) will aperiodicity import
to Launchpad.
