Hi again Launchpad translators!

There are two new strings to translate in apt-fast debconf configuration
system. One additional question is to ask (with debconf):
Suppression of the apt-fast download dialog (!= package manager
installation dialog).

If you never heard about apt-fast:
apt-fast is a shell-wrapper for apt-get or aptitude to make package
downloads faster - if you have a good internet connection speed. It uses
aria2 or axel as download accelerator to download those packages through
multiple connections.


Thank you very much for your great work to improve the user experience
of applications (and I primarily don't mean apt-fast)!
