Hi translators !

I am preparing to release a new major branch of LiVES, 2.4.0 in a couple of
weeks from now.

Most of the translations here have not been updated for over 2 years !

Perhaps some of you could take a look and maybe update the translations ? I
am sure many LiVES users would greatly appreciate it !
