I don't have a release date yet, but the strings shouldn't change, so
you can start translating: https://translations.launchpad.net/pybik

On Ubuntu you can install Pybik from the PPA:
   https://launchpad.net/~barcc/+archive/daily-build
or get the source and run from source directory:
   https://code.launchpad.net/pybik
