Request for translations, Parlatype 2.1

Dear translators,

I'm kindly asking for translations of Parlatype and Parlatype
LibreOffice Extension. It is a media player that aims to support
transcriptions and an extension for LibreOffice. They are in feature and
string freeze for the upcoming version 2.1.

There are 3 templates for Parlatype, in order of importance:
* parlatype: the program itself
* libparlatype: internal library
* parlatype-help: help pages

Some strings are marked for translators as "low priority": you can skip
them, please concentrate on the others.
