Also, looking at this from the users' perspective, a meeting in Week 1 would mean that any feedback they give could potentially have an effect on what we do (though not necessarily, of course), which in turn would help to make them feel more valued as a group, which in turn makes them happier, which in turn makes *us* happier, which in turn...
