Launchpad does not permit comment editing/management yet. This, as I
believe you understand is a delicate issue. We recognize this as a
problem that should be addressed--duplicate, erroneous, and
inappropriate comments are bad data. I believe the first issue has a
spec attached. We definitely need a spec to fix the rules of who can do
what at where and when.
