I think a lot of the "testing" that could be done is hard when so many of
us are in different time zones. I'm currently GMT+5 which means by the
time I get out of work, have dinner, and get ready to start working with
launchpad/ubuntu bugs/etc... it is already too late and I've been switched
back to the normal server. Do you really get a lot of users during the
GMT day that really test problems?

I guess what I am asking is that you allow "testing" to occur for more
then one GMT day.
