redirect questions to another project?

We sometimes get questions directed to Bazaar that are actually Ubuntu
bugs, like this:

  https://answers.launchpad.net/bzr/+question/11600

This guy says he's new to Linux and very likely Launchpad.  It would be a
bit harsh to just reject his question and get him to ask elsewhere.  Isn't
there a way to redirect it?
