PPA Rejected: Unable to find ....orig.tar.gz in upload or distribution

PPA build service in launchpad has rejected my
kde4libs_3.93.0.070912-0ubuntu1_source.changes submission...

it's because the orig.tar.gz is a svn snapshot, so it's not in the
distribution...

and I don't know how to upload it... how can I upload the .orig.tar.gz to PPA?
