Suspicious PQM Failure

PQM has failed to merge one of my branches with:

kiko and thumper, observed that it has already happened in the past
and it's probably related with a race-condition with the autovacuum
daemon.

It was sorted on balleny disabling autovacuum, was it done for the new
PQM machine ?
