Suscribe someone else cache

It will be a great feature, specially for contributors to have in the
"Choose..." dialog on "Subscribe someone else" option a list of
"recently used" or "popular" so it's not needed that every time i need
to add ubuntu-universe-sponsors, or any other sponsors for upload, i
don't need to type/search it and remember/know what's the name of the
team i only need to choose it from a list.
