New help wiki software - new markup

Hi all,

You may have noticed that we've upgraded the help wiki software to MoinMoin 1.6.

This has introduced some fairly major changes to the wiki markup.

Things to look out for:

Links use double brackets with a pipe to separate the destination from
the display text: [[LinkPage|this is a link]] or
[[https://launchpad.net|this is an external link]]

Anchors: <<anchor(anchorname)>>

Embed an image: {{attachment:some-image.png}}

There's a quick reference at the bottom of each edit page, too.

The existing content has been converted. Let us know if you spot any
problems, whether with the wiki or what appears to be an unintentional
content change.
