Ubuntu 8.04 LTS (I like stability usually) on AMD64

I apparently had not created a new .ssh key.  That helped and login went
fine.  I went ahead and did the package install for BZR 1.5  

But just as an aside as the download start with 1.3.1 and 1.5 clients I
get a server msg saying:  

Server is too old for streaming pull, reconnecting.  (Upgrade the server
to Bazaar 1.2 to avoid this)

The transfer rate varies between 2.5kb/s and 25kb/s -- this could take
awhile :-)
