E-mail interface that Graham proposed to use is only for bug maintenance, as I see.
But Miro told he work on translation. 
I propose the use of PO files - you download them, translate in some translation program, such as POedit, Virtaal,... and then upload it to Rosetta.
So you are always sure, that your work won't be lost, even if upload fail - you always could upload file again.

This is being caused by https://bugs.edge.launchpad.net/bugs/360846.
This is a very serious problem and we're working hard to track down
what's causing it. In the meantime, depending what you're doing, it may
be possible for you to use one of the email interfaces (for example if
you're trying to update a bug, see [1]) to be able to continue working.
