Hi Andrew, Thank you for getting back to me on this. Although writing through launchpad-users would also have been better. This way others can use this resource or add their own thoughts on the subject as well. > For instance, you can actually search for package contents. Check it out... I know about packages.ubuntu.com and I do agree its a useful resource. The issue is that one has to go from another route to know this, why can't this be integrated within launchpad itself ? As a user if within one interface I'm able to do this it would be so much easier and simpler. One of the reasons I know why it (packages.ubuntu.com) is kept separate is because Debian users and developers didn't want to launchpad as it was closed-source before. Now that its open-sourced completely it would be interesting to see how things shape up/happen. > - Andrew -- Regards, Shirish Agarwal My quotes in this email licensed under CC 3.0 http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc/3.0/ http://flossexperiences.wordpress.com 065C 6D79 A68C E7EA 52B3 8D70 950D 53FB 729A 8B17
