[Launchpad-users] Hosting pdf files and saving the ssh keys.

Hi,

I want to upload a pdf fiile (StructuralAnalyis.pdf) of my text book, which is
part of my "easmy" (Engineering Analysis of Structures Made easY) project. As
versioning of pdf files is (I expect) inefficient and because many users just
want to see the final print, it would be best to have a link to the pdf file,
either in OldAl's Launchpad page, or on the "easmy" page.

LateX files for the text book form a part of the "easmy" project and they will
be versioned, but the pdf file produced by it will be better placed in a
separate, easy to download location. It would then become part of my email
signature, too.

1. How can I insert a link to it and upload the pdf file? Can I change the
contents from time to time, like several times a year?

2. I read the dire consequences of loosing the ssh key. Would a copy on a CD
of the ".ssh" file and the ".gnupg" file will adequately save my keys between
hdd/PC crashes?

Thank you for the fine Launchpad services that you provide.

OldAl.
