[Launchpad-users] rejected file

I was instructed to send an email to this address if I didn't understand why my files were rejected. 

I'm using Quickly to upload a project to Launchpad. It's Python project. In the setup.py file and and desktop.in, my credentials are correctly filled out but I still get an error saying that the email address field has an incorrect value. This error was in an email from Launchpad, not in Quickly.

Do you have any idea what I'm doing wrong and how I can fix it?
