Why system tries to place source to my old PPA ?

Command :-

dput ppa:bderzhavets/git-spice      celt051_0.5.1.3-2ubuntu2_source.changes

Rejected :-

[PPA bderzhavets-spice2] celt051_0.5.1.3-2ubuntu2_source.changes rejected

ppa:/bderzhavets/spice2 is another PPA ( the old one)

I need the same package in the new PPA due to dependency resolution.
