As suggested,

I tried this command

"bzr branch

"

and I again got some error.

"bzr: ERROR: Connection Error: while sending GET
http://bazaar.launchpad.net/~eucalyptus-maintainers/eucalyptus/eucalyptus-devel/.bzr/checkout/format:
[Errno 110] Connection timed out.

What am I supposed to do now?
