Its helpful when asking a question like this or reporting a bug to
actually say what you think the problem actually is, rather than
leaving people to play spot-the-difference[1].

There are two things that might be confusing you:

1) qastaging has a 'demo' background, so you remember you're not on
the live site

2) the database snapshot used lags behind the the live data by some
weeks, hence different karma values and team memberships
