You uploaded that package to vivid:
 https://launchpad.net/~martinx/+archive/ubuntu/linux/+packages

So it appears in the vivid indices, not the trusty ones:
 http://ppa.launchpad.net/martinx/linux/ubuntu/dists/vivid/main/binary-amd64/

You may have tripped over the kernel's odd packaging. You need to adjust
debian.master/changelog, not debian/changelog, as the clean step
regenerates the latter from the former.
