My PPA is rejected but why?

Hi~
Got the following message from launchPad. Any step I did is wrong? How can
I fix it and upload once again?






*Rejected:Launchpad failed to process the upload path
'~leowang0604/myppa':Could not find a PPA owned by 'leowang0604' for
'ubuntu' named 'myppa'.It is likely that you have a configuration problem
with dput/dupload. *
