You need to use a valid email address in the Maintainer field in
debian/control, normally your own email address; tilena@ubuntu-launchpad
is not a valid email address.

(Also you should make sure the address you use in debian/changelog
entries is correct, and see "man dch" for how to configure dch properly
to do this for you; but I think the above error comes from an incorrect
address in debian/control.)
