There was indeed a bit of a backlog at the time, but it's cleared up now
across the board.  This was mostly due to starting auto-syncs from
Debian for the new Ubuntu series that will become 22.04, and partly due
to an outage in some of our OpenStack infrastructure for some
architectures.
