Hey, a package upload of mine is being rejected with the error: "Unable to find mandatory field 'Changed-By' in the changes file,"

although the Changed-By field is present and correct.


I'm not sure what to do about this, except report it as a bug

The package in question is in ~rail5/bookthief and is called 'liesel'

I've attached the relevant changelog
