If this package were included in hardy I don't see any reason that it
would be part of main when the packages we have today using libdc1394
all use the 1.0 API.  Referring to motu-release for consideration.

For my part I don't see much sense in approving a freeze exception for a
library that doesn't yet have any applications that will be using it in
hardy, but this is for the MOTU Release Team to decide.
