I created a page "infrastructure" and linked some documentation regarding the
data backups and the mail domain:
 https://wiki.libravatar.org/infrastructure/

I have not yet thought of a good place where to link to the page above.
The wiki start page is probably not the right place. Maybe we want to create
"project" page describing our "organization" (including the description of
"us" - see [1]).
What do you think?
