Wiki pages

Hello,

I investigated the state of the wiki in order to update links and
documentations to reflect the current implementation.

The following pages have been updated and are therefore not marked as
obsolete anymore. Still, tell me if you find something wrong in them:

- https://wiki.libravatar.org/photo_importers/
- https://wiki.libravatar.org/features/
- https://wiki.libravatar.org/contribute/

A few pages are problematic and need discussions:

We don't seem to provide translations yet, but the po files have been
imported in ivatar repository. What is missing for them to work ?

I think the part about the installation of ivatar should be split to a
dedicated page or just merged into INSTALL.md in ivatar repository.

The list of projects and the associated issues should be investigated as
they do not reflect the freshest data. Our fellow IRC dweller tastytea
opened many new issues not listed here.

The libraries don't always include federation support. This should be
investigated and split it two lists, showing which are “Tier One“ grade
and which are not.

@nipos: If you have some time can you assess the usefulness of this page?

Finally I think some pages can be simply unlinked from the main
documentation corpus:

- https://wiki.libravatar.org/patch_guidelines/
- https://wiki.libravatar.org/code_layout/
- https://wiki.libravatar.org/submitting_a_patch/
- https://wiki.libravatar.org/development_environment/
- https://wiki.libravatar.org/setup_instructions/

All of these can be either merged in a generic documentation or merged
into INSTALL.md in ivatar repository.

This should be merged in https://wiki.libravatar.org/translator/, they
otherwise feel redundant.

What do you think ?

Regards.
