Hi, Im now able to reproduce the issue based on info I found here with 
similar problem:

(note that clearing the cache as suggested doesnt solve the problem but 
the comment in the edit shed light on the problem).

It seems something is wrong with the libexttextcat packages and the 
dependencies. If I disable the 3.x ppa, remove all libreoffice packages, 
and remove all install libexttextcat* packages then I can reinstall 
libreoffice from the standard Ubuntu repos as normal. However, if I 
remove all those packages and enable the 3.x ppa, I cant install 
libreoffice at all and get the error below.
