Marking as fix -released as this seems to be resolved with the new
xubuntu gtk theme.

  Fix Released

Bug description:
  The LightDM gtk greeter is generally very glitchy. When selecting
  different users, the interface sometimes freezes, so you have to re-
  load lightdm from a tty. Sometimes, the user selected is 'stuck on',
  preventing other users from being selected. Also, the power and
  accessibility buttons cannot be used if different users are selected.
  This is not a lightdm fault, as the standard ubuntu theme for Lightdm
  works fine.
