   Display inhibit message when poweroff/reboot is inhibited

Bug description:
  There's no visual notification when the power action is inhibited.
  When the user cannot select poweroff/reboot [s]he doesn't know why so
  please display at least the "why" (and maybe "who") parameter of
  inhibition.
