Bug description:
  ADB push/pull fails for latest LEB-snowball

  Using this build https://android-build.linaro.org/builds/~linaro-
  android/leb-snowball/#build=81

  If I try to run androidscreencast over USB, I get an error from
  screencast complaining that its ADB push failed. ADB then stops
  working and I see this message on the console:
