I did a further build of the ICS 4.0.3 branch for panda but this time I
put back the original libjpeg code.  skia_bench still segvs.

We need someone from the android team to own this.

  Running skia bench utilizing the git either 62 forward port or the
  current latest code, segvs.

  While possible it's not libjpeg-turbo, it's quite likely the item to
  suspect as the guilty party.
