  U-Boot MMC broken on early revision OMAP3

Bug description:
  As described in this thread [1], MMC access doesn't work on early
  revision OMAP3 processors such as on the B4 revision of the
  BeagleBoard.  A workaround patch is available, but needs to be
  reworked before being committed to mainline.
