Title:
  [pm-qa] cpuburn is not killed when some tests fail

Status in Linaro Power Management QA testsuite:
  Confirmed

Bug description:
  When the cpuburn is run and the test fails, it is not killed letting
  several instances of it on the host, that makes the system to collapse
  and unresponsive leading to a timeout in lava.
