  [powerdebug] segfaults when there is no clock available

Status in Powerdebug - a tool to help ARM developers:
  Fix Released

Bug description:
  When the clock subsystem is not available and not initialized, if we
  push the 'enter' key in the clock display, powerdebug segfaults.

  After investigating, it appears we are dereferencing a NULL pointer in
  the row data.
