Right and hopefully pilots like this will show the benefits.

Thats what a pilot is for, to highlight issues like this.

It needs to a project with 2-4 engineers participating and lasting 1-2 months,
thats the only requirements. If this isn't possible we could move to one of
the other groups such as power management or the landing teams.
