This sounds like a good suggestion to differentiate the service a TPM would
offer from that of a traditional PM. This new definition will also have new
responsibilities but would be useful for hiring the right kind of people we
want in Linaro. The current RM/PM role would fall under this TPM category
with emphasis on the Release Team as their technical speciality.

Is this shared somewhere? Launchpad maybe? It sounds like a useful tool.
