 * The big return of Alexander!  Feeling better, foot still hurts a bit

 * DONE: James to give some tips to Zach on how blueprints, workitems and public plans reviews work
 * DONE: if available, Kiko to join platform leads call to cover for asac
 * DONE: Kiko to decide whether to move public plans reviews a week later or not
   * David was worried that we wouldn't get the whole work done in two weeks -- not just about the OCTO plans
   * ACTION: David will look for a volunteer to present for OCTO or defer the call by one week
 * Need a schedule for the public plan reviews ASAP; should announce slots at 3pm UTC or something like that the whole week
   * ACTION: Kiko to announce public plans review
   * Need to spread the slides in advance; goal is one week in advance with presentations
   * Amit on Tuesday 31st
   * Michael on Wednesday 1st
   * Alexander: two calls, on Friday 3rd + Monday 6th

 * Stephen reminds us that it's 10 weeks til the sprint

     * Misunderstandings on roles in Budapest seem to suggest they should rather come
     * Have to check with Scott
     * Are LTs doing sprints?
       * Yes, regularly

 * Stephen on recruitment: would like to recruit couple of extra guys in the Android team
   * Do we want to keep the Openings page at all?
   * Need better organization around times where members can send people, clearer rules etc.

 * Kiko: multimedia mini-summit being prepared, see [[Events/2011-06-MMWG]]
   * Send questions and suggestions to Kiko

 * Partner program
   * Konstantinos joined OCTO; a person from Collabora will also join

 * Need to start producing marketing material to help members who are renewing their membership to support their budget claims
   * Would like to mention features which were upstreamed
   * Could use the review of deliverables to create this
   * ACTION: Stephen to create a document to host the achievements and then pass it to techleads

 * System-level benchmarking: answering questions such as how much faster does it render pages
   * This is higher level integration
   * Could involve people from ARM working with things like bbench
   * Could invite people to the sprint
