We've been doing some socializing of ideas and Alexander and I have
agreed that we want to make a full transition to monthly and end the 6
month release cycle as we know it. The planning portion would remain
the same but follow a different but aligned schedule. We've started
putting down some ideas on this and more will come later this week.

There are a few things we need yet consider: how to make
status.linaro.org reflect the changes. How do to convince the TSC.
etc.  Those will be coming over the next few weeks.
