I called it the blueprint clone tool in a different thread, but yes
this would be help a lot.

What happens to any work items in the existing blueprints? It isn't
clear. I can imagine a checkbox list of all work items imported into
the new blueprint that you could check to include in the new one.
Everything left unchecked just stays in the old/parent blueprint. But
there are people with much better UI sense that I do.
