Re: combining Kiko and James docs

Hi.

I think it looks good and useful. The guidelines seems to cover common
issues and visibility provided by the states is sufficient.

Will the kanban tool always have restricted access, and If so, how
will the cards be exported for planning and discussion e.g. at
Connect? The process description does not mention PMs at all, yet they
are "Heavily involved in the requirements capture process" according
to the responsibilities page. Please explain this paradox.

2011-08-31 All cards for the current quarter complete and in 2011Q3/Ready
2011-09-14 All cards for Q4 in Accepted
2011-09-21 Q4 Proposal to TSC

This sounds all backwards to me. While in the LT I spent a lot of time
activating my company's various design bodies to submit proposals and
feedback on plans to the TSC. We were under the impression that the
TSC tells WGs what to do on behalf of the members.
